No. Atlas CME is an independent personal organization tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any hospital system, medical board, credentialing organization, or employer.

Upload a PDF or image of your certificate, or forward the email to cme@atlascme.com. Our AI extracts the activity title, hours, completion date, and categories automatically. High-confidence results are approved instantly; lower-confidence ones go to a review queue for you to verify.

Providers enter your organization’s join code during signup or from their Settings page. They can also search for your organization by name. Admins can also send direct invite links.

Can providers belong to multiple organizations?

Yes. A provider at your hospital who also works at another facility can belong to both organizations. Their CME/CE credits count toward all active requirement sets simultaneously.

Is my data secure?

Yes. We use Clerk for authentication, Supabase for encrypted database storage, and never store protected health information (PHI). All certificate files are stored in private cloud storage with signed URLs.

Does Atlas CME store medical records?

No. Atlas CME only stores CME/CE certificates and credential documents. We deliberately do not store medical records, immunization records, or anything that would trigger HIPAA requirements.

Can my employer see my data?

Only if you join an organization within Atlas CME. Solo users’ data is completely private. Organization admins can see compliance status for their members.
