Is there really a free tier?
Yes — free forever. You get 3 AI-powered certificate uploads, unlimited manual entry, requirements tracking, and the full dashboard. Most clinicians can run an entire renewal period on the free tier alone.
What happens after my 3 free AI uploads?
You can still add unlimited certificates by manual entry. Or upgrade to Pro for unlimited AI uploads and email forwarding — $14.99 for a full year.
Can I switch between monthly and annual Pro?
Yes, anytime from your billing settings. Annual saves about 16% over monthly.
How is organization pricing different?
For organizations, we charge a flat $6/provider/year plus an annual platform fee tiered by group size. The platform fee covers concierge onboarding, custom requirement sets, and admin training — not just a discount on individual seats.
Do you offer custom enterprise pricing?
Yes for groups over 250 providers or with unusual credentialing needs. Reach out via the enterprise page for a quote.
