Records retention: 4 years.
The Board may waive the CE attendance requirement for license renewal upon written application if it finds the licensee's failure to attend was due to disability, military service, absence from the continental United States, or another circumstance beyond the licensee's control that the Board considers good and sufficient. The waiver request must be received by the department before the license expiration date.
